Her father, Mr. Mohammad Ghaus Khan, is a retired Professor of Mathematics from a reputed Post Graduate College in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, while her mother, Mrs. Naseem, is a retired Head Mistress from a Primary school. Dr. Farah Ghaus has a sibling (Nazish) who is a famous food connoisseur in the United Arab Emirates, having completed MBA.
