South Indies Masalas is a dream come true for me as Im fond of cooking. This came into my mind when I thought let the fragrance of Masalas spread . With support from family I decided to make Masalas which has purely a south touch . The flavours are magical and the taste is mouth melting. I started making masalas like *Sambar Masala, rasam powder, chaat, kitchen king, pav Bhaji, chutneys , idly powder, puliyogare masala, biryani masala and many more .
