I am a Naturopaty and yogic sciences graduate before joining this course I had zero background in yoga field. once I joined Naturopaty course I started to practice yoga and started to participate in several yoga competitions. Initial days I used to practice 4-6 hours per day. Bagged many prizes in national level yoga competitions. Represented Rajiv gadhi university of health sciences, bangalore in national level, and represented Karnataka state in national level yoga competitions. Conducted many free health and yoga workshops. More over, strated helping pregnant mothers and postpartum mother's during their hard times, Currently i am pursuing childbirth educator course.
