She chose to broaden her scientific knowledge outside of labs after achieving academic success, earning the fourth rank in the University of Kerala's M.Sc. Biotechnology program and finishing an industry-linked PhD at KSCSTE-JNTBGRI. She founded Swasthia Foods in 2023, an enterprise based on the idea that traditional foods can be both contemporary and healthful. Boli, her debut product, which combines biotechnology and cultural authenticity and has a 5-day shelf life without preservatives, became a symbol of her creative approach.
