She was honored with the Kashi Ratna Award in the year 2002 for her valuable services in the field of education in Varanasi. She is the elected President of Avantika National Award Group, New Delhi. She is the first academician to attain this prestigious post. She is also a member of U.P. Golf Association. She has been recipient of many awards i.e. REX KARMAVEER AWARDS, ACS-COUNTRYWIDE IMPACT AWARDS etc Apart from many others. Her deep commitment, dynamism and farsighted vision would certainly contribute to the promotion of Modern Education in Varanasi in the Millennium.
She has been successfully managing DALIMSS Sunbeam Group of Schools (Dr. Amrit Lal Ishrat Memorial Sunbeam School), Varanasi as its Director
