As mother of a 18 year old and a loving wife of an advanced Scuba Diver, Preetha dives too but is scared and yet is a certified PADI-Open water scuba diver! She loves to sing, dance and most importantly make a difference in people's lives.  Her overall corporate experience of greater than 23 years has been in Human Resources along with coaching, facilitation, and consulting. She has worked with MNCs such as Intergraph India Limited, GE, IVY Comptech, Infosys and  Deloitte and facilitated projects across industries such as IT, Infrastructure, Pharmaceutical, Automobile and Banking.  

Today, she runs a company on her own with a vision of helping 100,000 women (and leaders) to become self-reliant. She has authored a book on 21-Days self-reliance challenge which is an amazon's best seller plus was chosen as the Super250 from 2 Lakh people as a SuperSpeaker.  In her role, she helps eliminate overwhelm, reduce stress, improve productivity, allowing to create a balance between work, self-care, and family.  A PCC from ICF with close to 1000 hours of exposure, her expertise results in writing goals down, personal and professional, and understanding ones brain (subtly) to achieve them!
