Tis is Preety Uzlain. It has always been my earnest and sincere endeavour to make everyone - youth, students, employees and trainees to grow on both personal and professional front and in their journey towards development, I work side by side as a trainer, friend and mentor. I have been associated with personality development programs for the last 10 years, apart from personality development training, I trained students in their preparation for selection in Government jobs. My main focus is to increase the performance & mental level of employees and mould them to become successful achievers; hones people skills and train, guide & motivate them to rise to a position of higher responsibility. Each and every person is blessed with immense inner potential & strength. As a trainer, it will be my endeavour to make them realise their potential & then ensure effective utilisation of such potential for both individual & organisational growth. Multiple times, I am handed over the platform to talk about Mental Fitness, Personality Development, Human Empowerment and Business Ethics. I believe one's Mental Fitness is as important as Physical Fitness, even the encouragement to have a physical fitness comes from mental fitness. You mind is a super power and sometimes it needs to be told because negativity is so high in the air, that humans are forgetting their super powers. Human Empowerment - Being a female, it's in my blood to look after everyone around me, and I don't belong to any specific place, when I believe I belong to this entire world. God has created us ( Man & Woman) so it means it needs both to grow. Empowerment is for everyone not specifically for any particular gender.. We are one and we get success hand in hand, either at work or home. Personality Development - It is a need to develop your inner and outer personality to grow in any relationship whether it's your work & professional relationship or personal relationship. You must have an attractive attitude towards Life. Business Ethics - In the rat race, people are doing things just to keeping themselves in mind, but one law of karma should be there in the mind as well, where you need to remember the social responsibility. Because at the end, you earn any amount of money but the thing that matters is how you earn, were you following the ethics or just used lives.. I talk about facts not fakes.. I have the personality to take responsibility to motivate everyone to have the right education towards Life. Education matters alot, not just pieces of degree but the values, morale, behaviour, attitude, discipline, knowledge, nobility and humanity.
