Aastha Mathur is a passionate Yoga & Wellness Coach with a Master’s in Yoga from Jaipur, a 500-hour YTTC, and a YIC certification from S-VYASA, Bangalore. With 19+ years in fitness and wellness, she has guided individuals through yoga, meditation, and sound healing. Her expertise includes corporate wellness, online coaching, and luxury retreats. She has conducted sessions in 5-star hotels, studios, and global virtual platforms. Aastha’s holistic approach integrates movement, breathwork, and chakra healing, making wellness accessible for all. She currently manages yoga programs, personal sessions, and sound healing retreats, inspiring transformation through the power of yoga and sound.

From a government school volleyball champion to one of Jaipur’s most influential wellness coaches, Aastha Mathur’s journey is a story of grit, growth, and greatness. Aastha was born on 1st Jan 1988 in Jaipur, Rajasthan. She did her schooling from the Government School which was selected in the sports category and represented Jaipur Rajasthan as a strong team in volleyball under 17 & 19, Jaipur, which laid a strong foundation in discipline and creativity. Later, She pursued her Bachelor’s in Arts, and then went on to complete her Deploma courses in Kathak and commercial art,Master's Degree in Yoga from a reputed university in Jaipur. She also hold certifications including a 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) from Jaipur and a YIC (Yoga Instructor Course) from S-VYASA University, Bangalore.

Her professional journey began over 19 years ago with the Jayshree Periwal Group of Schools, where She served in various roles including Dance Fitness Trainer for 7 years and Yoga Teacher for 3 years. She also worked with Rustic Wisdom, Bangalore, for a year, conducting virtual yoga classes, and trained at BrandFitnMet, Life Yoga Delhi for 4 months.

Currently, She work as a Yoga and Wellness Coach and have successfully expanded into Sound Healing Therapy, offering group sessions, personal therapies, and corporate collaborations. Absolutely!

She is the personal yoga trainer to the Director of Ananta Wellness Resort, Pushkar. Over the years, She had the privilege of working with several renowned brands. Most recently, She conducted a powerful Sound Therapy session for 110 participants at an event organized by the Adani Group. She also delivered impactful Sound Healing sessions over two days during the South Asia Partners Meet of Deloitte at Taj Hotel. Looking ahead, She have ongoing collaborations and commitments with several other prestigious brands.

What to Achieve in Next 10 Years

In the next 10 years, She envision herself as a global wellness educator and healer, leading international retreats, collaborating with experts across fields, and spreading Indian holistic practices on a wider platform. She also aim to establish my own wellness institute or retreat center - a space where people can come for complete mind-body-spirit transformation.

She is mentoring young healers, contributing to wellness research, and living a life full of purpose, peace, and soulful service.
