Swati Sharma ,mother of a Special need person. He is having Rarest combination of congenital abnormalities. .He was born in 1988 on that people were not aware with Special needs .I have started working with special kids as A Volunteer at Asha Jyoti special school since 1996 . I have done B.ed in special education, diploma course in Autism spectrum disorder and Master trainer in A.D.H.D and Learning disorder. I have worked at Asha Jyoti as an Incharge and Principal till june 2019 . I am founder and director of Rainbow society for differently abled, All therapies under one roof, this is my dream project . my idea has been selected by Janhit jagran and I.I.M Kolkata in India's top twelve ideas . Rainbow society is working for Early intervention services for delayed development children. We are providing speech therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychological assessment, behaviour modification, one on one teaching, group teaching, yoga ,music ,sports training and Vocational training to make them Self depend .I am passionate for my work i have deliver many lectures and talk to create awareness in the the field of special education as a Resource person .I have delivered Ted talk also ,here is the link - https://youtu.be/c2QOiVyr-fm Now we have expanded our vocational section, in this section our adults are making different variety of organic soaps and designer Aroma candles to make our centre and special adults self sustainable .
