 Our work is different from other fields because serving our angels is like serving to God. We are dealing with delayed development children, so positive approach is mandatory. I personally believe that hardwork and regular work in right direction with a proper I.E.P plan surely give results and also positive vibes matter. Empathy is also very important because we are working with Non verbal kids so we have to understand their needs, feelings and unspoken words through our empathy. I always advise my team members (Therapist, Special educators, Helpers and Parents) to maintain their patience level high and be positive and pleasant during therapy sessions.
