I have worked with schools and colleges of Jaipur and have been taking faculty development programmes in various reputed schools and colleges.Have also worked as the senior management and Psychologist at Biyani Group of Colleges Jaipur and conducted various seminars and conferences all round India.I have been career counselor, family therapist and expert in the treatment of learning disorders  and other mental disorders. I have also encouraged my students to develop a sound mental health during covid times and given various interviews on FM and other digital media to help youth remain motivated and come out of their normal depressive states that can lead to severe consequences. Being an academician have developed techniques of teaching during online classes which us enjoyable and helps in retention of the content.Have been a panelist and speaker in various conferences.During my tenure in education field I have encouraged and engaged the students in sustainable development programmes like plantation,reuse and recycle,best out of waste and keeping the environment clean and green.I have also been a distinct chief of Soka Gakkai International which is in 192 countries working co distantly to bring peace and happiness in society and world at large.I have also been a corporate trainer teaching the stress management techniques, development of employee morale and time management to the people of all age groups.On the basis of building the special children to come in the normal streamline,I have been awarded the National Principal award in 2018 which motivated me to work for them with more zeal and enthusiasm.
