Introduction:

·     Saroj Sharma, born in middle class Brahmin family, in July’1968 in a small village “Dantil”, which is situated in foothills of Arawali Mountain Range, around 100 KMs away from Jaipur. She was having limited freedom as prevailing at that time in middle class orthodox family. Nevertheless, being ambitious enough since birth, she completed her graduation in 1989. She was able to complete her post-graduation in Sanskrit-Honors in 1991, post her marriage, only due to her strong determination and commitment. She also did certification courses of ‘Art & Craft and Painting’ and ‘Beautician’, while accomplishing her homemaker role successfully.

S    She is self-made woman and having very high levels of commitment, determination and parallelely having good business acumen. Owing to the same, she could made it possible to grow from small village, orthodox family to a successful professional woman and equally justifying her family role as devoted daughter-in-law, supporting wife and caring mother.

Professional Achievements:

  • Worked as Primary & High School Teacher for 5 years from July 1999 to June 2004.
  • Worked as Designing Instructor & Office Management Auditor at VANI SANSTHAN, Jaipur from July 2005 to June 2007, with prime responsibility of Instructor for Designing Courses and take care of complete office management and accounting work.
  • Worked as Office Assistant at Fashion Designing Institute, Nerul in 2008.

·     Running following establishments:

  • Mohini Creations: Making and sailing of handmade artifacts using online platform like Flipkart, SnapDeal, ShopClues, etc. The establishment also helps the poor kids/ladies by providing them training to make artifacts/ paintings and help them to provide backward and forward linkages to sale their products under the banner of ‘Mohini Creation’.
  • Mohini Beauty-parlor Learning Centre: Provide low-cost professional training to needy girls/ women who want to make their career as beautician.
  • Samaya Tiffin Centre: To provide home cooked food at low-cost to students, who are studying away from their home.
  • Active member of some NGOs, which are engaged in upliftment of poor and social welfare.
  • Facilitator in Unicef LSE Program
