This is Nalini Shanmugavel.... Being a women entrepreneur is not a easy job.I have started my beautician journey at my age of 15.From that without my father,I took responsibility of my family,my carrier as well as my advanced beautician courses.With my smart work & passion step by step I got my position as a junior stylist, customer care manager, senior beautician,front office manager,salon manager, branch head like that....From July 2019 as a single person I have started my own salon.I met lots of struggles and travelled 200 to 300 kms per day with my bike.At my own risk I got loan from the bank.I am giving my good services now and getting wonderful comments & appreciation from the customers. I am really excited about the upcoming years.I love the start,the ideas and the risks.I don't like just managing things,I want to see them grow fast.
