Apsara Gurain, a resident of New Delhi and 17 years old, left an impressive impression by becoming the coveted Miss Teen South Delhi City Winner 2024. Born into a family of successful professionals, Apsara's life has been influenced by the strong values of hard work and determination. Her mother is a lawyer, her father is the General Manager at SAIL PSU, and her older sister is an engineer with a master's degree in environmental studies.
Having recently passed her 12th board examinations in the commerce stream, Apsara is all set for her professional and academic aspirations. She is presently taking a diploma course in Bakery and Patisserie, as she loves food and baking. Apsara's passion for her culinary aspirations has also motivated her to take up a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the elite Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Pusa in New Delhi, a college she had always wanted to join.
Apsara is an avid baker with aspirations to be a celebrated pastry chef and entrepreneur. She dreams of designing nutritious, tasty alternatives to food items, working towards the elimination of food adulteration and overuse of preservatives that harm health. Her interest in food extends far beyond baking; Apsara is interested in pursuing the field of molecular gastronomy and wants to revolutionize the food industry with new-age ideas.
Though baking is her first love, Apsara is interested in numerous creative areas. She is a reader, a traveler, a guitarist, and a dancer. Having received formal training in Kathak dance, she is a diploma holder in the classical dance form, which proves her passion for the arts. Apsara is a go-getting and versatile person, with the desire to leave a lasting impact on the culinary world as well as other aspects of life.
