Ritu Pathak is a 25-year-old professional working as a Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business, comes from a disciplined army family, and has a history of being a state shooter and an NCC cadet, which instilled in her a strong sense of discipline, resilience, and respect for differences.

Ritu has been an all-rounder since childhood, performing well academically and in extracurricular activities. Her participation and leadership potential helped her to become a confident person. While she was enjoying her professional career, she always felt a little regretful that she did not pursue something more related to her heart and passion that had been in her mind since childhood.

While scrolling social media, she came across an advertisement and discovered the Forever Star India platform, which has designed a structured, flexible participation format that is useful for working professionals. Ritu was attracted to its inclusivity and took the bold step of registering for Forever Miss India 2025 and is excited to represent Ranchi.

Ritu Pathak's journey is one of ambition, courage, and transformation. Growing up in an army background, she learned discipline and resilience early. She was a great state-level shooter and a very keen NCC cadet, which developed her enthusiasm for leadership and team building.

Despite having a good position in the corporate world, Ritu felt there was an emotional gap—“that gap was the unfulfilled dream which had followed her since childhood”—to be connected to something larger than herself and to align her passions with her purpose in life. The Forever Star India platform gave her an opportunity to take part in Forever Miss India 2025 with the convenience of auditions taking place online while she worked full-time.

As someone from a society that still holds some skepticism of such platforms, Ritu not only wants to break boundaries, but she aims to challenge the status quo and long held mindsets. She wants to motivate individuals from smaller cities to believe in their dreams no matter what and chase them confidently.

Life Goals:

Ritu's ultimate life goal is to align her passion for self-expression and leadership with her purpose of inspiring change. Through her participation in Forever Miss India 2025, she aims to:

Ritu Pathak's journey from NCC cadet and shooting athlete at the state level, to becoming a corporate employee, is one of resilience and determination. Each phase in her life from her success in academics, extra curricular activities and her role with ICICI Bank, have all added to her overall strength and character. The newest chapter in Ritu's journey is about self-discovery and embracing a dream she has held close to her hearts since childhood. As an ambassador for Ranchi City in Forever Miss India 2025, she will embark on a new mission in the pursuit of disrupting and redefining nothing short of the impossible.
