Mini M grew up as the eldest in an affectionate household with parents. From an early age, she learned responsibility and leadership, having a civil contractor father and a homemaker mother who instilled determined, hardworking qualities in her. She has now gotten older as an elder sister to a younger sister who also made a good living under private sectors, and she nurtured an early sense of growing maturity.
All through her schooling, Mini had always done well, both in academics and in extracurricular activities, until the pressure mounted between academics and her hobbies. At some point, probably during high school, she dropped music and art, but she powered through all of this and continued to a very big public university to pursue her education, earning a degree that later catapulted her into a successful career in operations management.
Today, Mini M has grown into not just a professional dynamo but also a role model who juggles between professional and personal life with such grace and ease. While her husband is busy flying back and forth due to work in Qatar, she is a full-time mother raising her daughter, who is currently in Senior Secondary School.
Adaptability, exemplary communication skills, analytical skills, and work ethics enabled her to leave the hallmarks of emerging successful in a highly pressured environment. The success one achieves is owed mostly to her pursuing the excellence of operational processes as well as her professional aspiration to keep innovating new adopting techniques and technologies.
