Born and brewed in the coal capital or India - Dhanbad which is located in Jharkhand - she is inclined towards education and has much love and passion for creating an impact. After finishing her school and college in Dhanbad, she also pursued distance education from Delhi for further studies. She also completed a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Education while working full-time at a school.

Her professional life has progressed across sectors. She started her career in the corporate field with IBM Daksh, a reputed international BPO, after which she developed her skills in communication, process management, and teamwork. After that, she entered the education sector for having a little more time to spend with her small son and worked in school administration for a number of years.

Going back to work with her son a little bit older and more independent, she then rejoined the corporate workforce by taking a position at Concentrix. Currently, she works there as a Subject Matter Expert. She did not, however, stop her pursuits, as she also started Karundrishti Care Foundation, an NGO that is working at the level of Delhi to provide basic education, culture, and opportunity for the financially underprivileged children.

Her life is a case of multitasking and commitment. He combines his corporate knowledge with humanitarian work-this person is always striving to make communities better with knowledge, health, and hope.

Her success story goes beyond professional achievement; it's about all the lives touched by her foundation. If anything, her life's responsibilities became an inexorable source for coining social change.

Most people would throw the ball into slow motion with responsibilities related to work, motherhood, and education; she caught the fast lane. She balanced distance education, full employment, and motherhood. This phase built her character with unperturbed tenacity and time management attributes.

Her crowning achievement has to be the idea and subsequent founding of the Karundrishti Care Foundation, which has changed the lives of dozens of underprivileged children by offering them a shot at basic education, mentorship, and platforms for expressing their creativity and talent. Other varied social issues have also been taken up by the NGO such as blood donation camps, food distribution drives, and free health check-ups, thus magnifying its outreach in society.

She has redefined success on her terms, and is a role model for women, professionals, and social workers alike, proving that personal obligations and social change can go together.

Her journey has been one of self-transformation in a personal, professional, and spiritual sense. Born in Dhanbad and raised with the values of education and empathy, she began her life early on with a vision of doing more than making a living. She completed her schooling locally but chose to acquire additional knowledge through distance education from Delhi while taking up a full-time job in the education sector.

However, once motherhood kicked in, she re-evaluated her priorities and chose to spend more time at home with her son. It was during this time she began considering school management, a field that would allow her to give back to education and remain a stay-at-home mom.

But that was not at all the end of her dreams! As her son grew, and she got some more time to enter back into corporate working with Concentrix, she climbed the ladder to become a Subject Matter Expert. At the same time, another loud calling to return some good to society led to the creation of Karundrishti Care Foundation. This was, in essence, not just an NGO but a dream conceived out of empathy, born out of experience, and sustained by grit.
