Ghazala Atif Maste is a social activist, interior designer, and businesswoman from Mumbai who has worked in media, advertising, and design for more than 13 years. She is the creator of the Vision Center, a charity that helps impoverished kids, and Al-Awwal Luxe Couture. Ghazala Atif Maste, who was born and reared in Mumbai, earned an arts degree from Mumbai University and went on to become a certified interior designer. She has worked in advertising, media marketing, and editing for more than 13 years in the UAE, Oman, and India.

Ghazala started working for Apex Publications in Oman in 2003 when she was 24 years old. Despite the many obstacles she faced as a single mother of a four-year-old, she persisted in her quest for a better future. Her commitment earned her positions at MAC Advertising in Dubai and MAC Add Media in Mumbai, where she refined her abilities in marketing, event planning, and customer service.

As a senior interior designer at Radinitalia in Pune, Ghazala's love of design led her to focus on Italian furniture. She introduced Al-Awwal Luxe Couture, a high-end fashion label that combines classic style with modern design, in January 2025.

Beyond her accomplishments in the workplace, Ghazala has a strong commitment to social causes. She founded the Vision Centre in 2020, a nonprofit that offers impoverished Mumbai children free daycare and education. Her efforts have given children a chance at a better future and have had a positive impact on many families.

Ghazala has received recognition for her diverse career and steadfast dedication to social welfare, including the "Super Woman 2025" title in the Social Activist category from Forever Star India.

Ghazala is a proud graduate of Mumbai University, where she earned her degree in Arts, along with a certification in interior design. Her career has taken her across Oman, the UAE, and India, building a diverse portfolio that includes media marketing, advertising, editing, event planning, and design. She has gracefully juggled various roles, from her time at Apex Publications and MAC Advertising to co-founding MAC Add Media. In the design world, her experience as a Senior Interior Designer at Radinitalia deepened her appreciation for luxury interiors. Now, with her latest venture, Al-Awwal Luxe Couture, she’s firmly established herself in the high fashion scene.

In 2003, Ghazala started working for Apex Publications in Oman. She had to balance the demands of raising a child and establishing a career as a single mother. Her perseverance got her a job at MAC Advertising in Dubai, where she learned a lot about media marketing and editing.

After returning to India, Ghazala expanded her knowledge of event planning and client service by co-founding MAC Add Media in Mumbai. Her love of design led her to become a senior interior designer at Radinitalia in Pune, where she focused on Italian furniture.

Ghazala founded the Vision Centre, a nonprofit providing free childcare and education, in 2020 as a result of her dedication to social welfare. In January, she launched Al-Awwal Luxe Couture, continuing her entrepreneurial journey.
