I am Kanika Saxena. I am an Authorpreneur (An Author+an Entrepreneur). I am the Founder and CEO of the content marketing company The Writing Right. I am also an author an author with 5 published books. I write books in the self-help genre. I am a simple person who believes in living life to the fullest. I strive to spread this through my books which focus on self-empowerment techniques to improve the quality of one's life. I believe that when each one of us works on improving his/her life, the health of the planet automatically improves.
I hold degrees in Engineering and Management. After having worked in some of the best organizations in the country like SAIL, Mecon, and Forbes Marshall, I chose to become a full-time mother for my children. After 20 years when both my kids went to the university, I re-entered the corporate world as a freaher in the field o content writing. Despite the long gap, I performed extremely well bagging the Employee of the Month Award in just 2 months after joining and becoming a Team Lead in just 7 months after joining. 
I quit my job after 2.5 years in 2018 to work as a freelancer and today I am an author and an entrepreneur. I founded The Writing Right in May 2020 and today the company employess freelance writers and digital marketers. 
My children are currently pursuing their Masters in top colleges in India and London. And, my husband Heads the Admin, IT, and HR Departments in a power plant in Punjab.
On the personal front I am an incurable optimist who can see the silver lining in every cloud. I am also not an "all work and no play" kind of a person. I enjoy cooking and hosting guests, listening to music, singing, and love desiging my clothes. I am a family person! I am a doting mother, a loving wife, and a doting daughter!
I am a happy person because I have lived my life on my terms while ensuring the happiness of others around me!
