He has graduated as Bachelor of Engineering in Computers Science and Engineering which now has been followed by his Masters in Management with NIBM Global, Tirunelveli pursuing social justice.

Ratnesh served as Director, GATEIIT Academy. Hereafter, he joined in more management and training roles and has added indelible insight to his service contribution at Govt. ITI Guna, and now at Govt. ITI Datia. In fact, apart from these roles, he is now known for his Nodal TPO, District Incharge, to some prestigious competitions and also for his Master Trainer at ALMT.

He has been able to claim a national award with his book "Aisa Desh Hai Mera" along with laurels such as the Indian Literature Award, Bharat Kavya Ratna Samman, and the title Best Poet of the Year 2025.
