Ratnesh Gupta born in Gwalior on January 25, 1982, is an eminent educationist, a facilitator, and a literary figure. His academic background has been strengthened by a strong performance in the field of Computer Science with an MBA in Social Justice Management, as well as extensive experience in skill development and education. His present designation is Training Officer at Govt. ITI Datia; one of the other important posts he holds is District Incharge for the World Skill Competition, Junior Apprentice Advisor. An award-winning poet and author, Gupta is an inspiration today because of his leadership, community service, and contribution to literature.

Ratnesh Gupta made his quality mark as an accomplished student and indeed religiously followed the curriculum as it was supposed to be in this aspect. Blessed out of a chaos of authentic culture blessed with rich musical legacy, he was born in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. He completed his schooling from MLHASSS School, Bhind, scoring full marks almost every time which earned him the title of the Merit Scholar, crowned in 8, and indeed earned the credit as the lead scorer across the district by a wider margin in tenth grade. He has graduated as Bachelor of Engineering in Computers Science and Engineering which now has been followed by his Masters in Management with NIBM Global, Tirunelveli pursuing social justice.

Professionally, Ratnesh Gupta has made a mark in history as someone who has diligently and creatively contributed to the area of education and skill development. Ratnesh served as Director, GATEIIT Academy. Hereafter, he joined in more management and training roles and has added indelible insight to his service contribution at Govt. ITI Guna, and now at Govt. He has been able to claim a national award with his book "Aisa Desh Hai Mera" along with laurels such as the Indian Literature Award, Bharat Kavya Ratna Samman, and the title Best Poet of the Year 2025.
