Dr. Sushma

Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor, in Department of Computer Science & Information Technology, Guru Ghasidas Central University, Bilaspur (C.G.) and also worked as Assistant Professor, in S.O.S. in Computer Sc. & IT, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur (CG). I received B.Sc. Hon’s (2000) in Computer Science from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, MCA (2003) and Ph.D. in Computer Applications from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University of Bhopal (M.P.). I have 16 years of experience in the teaching field. During this period, I have been involved in the Undergraduate Teaching, Post Graduate Teaching, Research activities, Training and Placement In-charge and TEQIP Assistant etc. I have authored many papers, conference contributions and more than 13 national and international Books. I have also obtained more than 32 patents including Indian and Australian. I have attended several important national, international conferences & workshops. I am also a Reviewer of Several Reputed Journals like IEEE, Springer etc. I have delivered expert talks and lectures at many conferences and received an invitation from the University of China to deliver the lecture. My research interests include Image Processing, Computer Graphics, and Machine Learning etc. I have performed my research in the 3D & Image Processing so as a result of this research I got the offer letter from GOOGLE to work with them as a 3D expertise. I have also been honoured with the best young women scientist and best researcher award.
