I am Dimple Juneja. My Qualifications are B.Com, M.Com, MBA, M.Phil
(Commerce), B.Ed, MA (Economics), M.Ed., Ph.D.(Pursuing). I have held the
posts of School Lecturer, College Lecturer and Administrator in my career so
far.
Last two years have been really tough for the mankind. With COVID creating
Havoc, it was a fight for survival for many people but as it is rightly said that
when going gets tough, the tough gets going. I too was confined to home like
many others during COVID. Although I have a small kid still I decided that I
will utilize the time for my betterment. I started enrolling for webinars,
online workshops, conferences, faculty development programs, short term
training programs, quizzes etc. I feel delighted to write here that I have
attended 77 faculty development programs, 52 short term training programs,
46 conferences, 83 workshops, 824 webinars, 651 quizzes, 9 Symposium, 9
Talks, 23 Lectures, 7 Sessions, 7 Pledges and many other similar programs . I
have also won many awards namely the Excellence in Academics Award to be

Furthermore, I studied hard during the period, attained 2nd rank in Education
in RET 2020 and got myself enrolled into Ph.D. program in MLSU. This was my
long time dream and I utilized this time to attain my goal. I have participated
in online and offline coursework, submitted my assignments and cleared my
coursework exam of my Ph.D. program along with all the things stated
above. At the same time, I devoted time to teach and upbring my son who
has crossed 4 years of age in November 2021. I made him learn by involving
in different activities like drawing, dancing, painting etc. along with the
studies.
