Dr. Ranjana Jha is the woman who was born on October 31, 1986, in Guwahati, Assam. With more than 15 years of work experience, she has an impeccable record. She now serves as an Estate Officer and Admission Officer at the Bangalore Technological Institute in Bangalore. With several accolades to her credit, including a Doctorate in Education Counselling & Social Work from Euro Asia University, she is known for her contributions to education, social services, and women's empowerment. Born in a lower-middle-class family of Narangi Satgaon, a small village in Guwahati, Assam, Dr. Ranjana Jha has earned her place in history through hard work and dedication. After studying at Army School here, she continued to study till the massive graduation from Handique Girls' College, after which she needed to leave it for a while, since her father's fell sick and he needed assistance for his business.

Although operating a business as a young woman in a volatile place was extraordinarily challenging, Dr. Jha thrived, showing budding traits of wanting to be an entrepreneur. In 2009, she moved to Bangalore, returned to study at INIFD, and kept a part-time job most of the time. Early on, she was scouted by SSAP Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. after working her second year in college by this company. She was part of the designing team that completed the architectural milestone of Bangalore MG Road Metro Station. There, she took on the position of Administrator at Little Bird Academic. With her efforts at the school, it reached the hall-mark of upgrading to a 12th-grade institution.

Dr. Jha became Mr. Keshav Kumar Jha's wife in the year 2012 and then proceeded to Dallirajhara at Bhilai.

She returned to Bangalore after a brief stay in Bhilai in 2014, re-associating herself with SSAP Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. She also finished her MBA with a huge distinction in 2015 while rearing a very young daughter. In 2021, she became an Estate Officer at Bangalore Technological Institute and subsequently moved to the Admission Department, which generated tremendous growth in student admission into the college.

For the year 2024, she has received an Honorary Doctorate as well as emerged as a woman empowerment symbol with various awards and media footprints. With this, Dr. Ranjana Jha has now become a phenomenal source of inspiration who does absolutely full justice to her career, social service, and family life.

Marriage was followed by challenges: a move to Dallirajhara. There, hardly any immediate career opportunities lay in her field. Adapting to the situation, Dr. Jha took up the position of Administrator; she contributed a lot to the advancement of the school.

After coming back to Bangalore, she entered back into architecture and interior design and a course of MBA while rearing her baby daughter. In 2021 she switched to education at the Bangalore Technological Institute, where she oversaw the admissions, especially from Bihar and Jharkhand, against all odds, wherein she became the first woman to be into direct admission marketing.
