As a Poetess, she has penned two inspirational books, reflecting her creative and literary skills. Moreover, she is also a National-Level Softball Player that brings recognition to her fields of excellence in sports and teamwork. Not stopping there, she has made her contribution towards the media resulting in being a Scriptwriter for ETV, thus widening the horizon of her professional skills.

Mrs. Sachdev is the figurehead of the Shri Uddhav Gyan Welfare Society, which works for the welfare of deprived and deserving students by educating them. It also promotes the cause of adoption of poor children and ensuring education for them.
Furthermore, the organization supports potential women entrepreneurs in establishing new startups, mainly in the early education sector, by starting playschools under the Achieving Scholars Public School (ASPS) umbrella.

Her career is a story of dedication, hard work, and a genuine passion for education. Today, she proudly serves as Principal and Director of three schools in Indore ,the education hub of MP.
