She had held key positions in leading Pune-based developers and promoting women’s participation in real estate. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, POSH Trainer, and community mediator. Passionate about leadership, she won many awards in leadership and research papers . She authored a book named as Brick by Brick.
