Devika Yoga, 8 years of YOGA Practitioner, is an INDIAN Based International YOGA Teacher, YOGA Demonstrator, CO-FOUNDER OF YOGA LIFE EDUCATIONAL ACADEMY. She completed DIPLOMA in the YOGA UNIVERSITY. YOGA Winner, Won prizes in various YOGA Asanas competitions. She met her Master SRI K.BABURAO (Guruji ) Under Master Sri K. Babu Rao (Guruji) guidance and teachings, she became a dedicated YOGA practitioner. After 3 months of extensive traditional YOGA Practice, she became a leading practitioner. Through thorough practice and dedicated time on YOGA, she mastered it. Reasons for Devika to enter into YOGA: 👉 Those were the days when I was not into Yoga at all. I was in the process of having my beautiful baby. Unfortunately the doctor insisted for a cesarean delivery. 👉 I was happy with my baby but my happiness didn’t last long. Post delivery, I saw a lot of changes in my body. I added up a lot of weight and I also developed severe acute back ache which I suffered for 6 months. You won’t believe me I was not able to sit on the floor for 2 minutes to have my meal (I hope you guys know that we Indians sit on the floor to have our meals). 👉Then I consulted YOGALIFE regarding my problems. I started with very basic asanas initially and gradually progressed. To my surprise I started losing weight and my back pain started going down slowly. 👉 I used to practice 4 to 5 hours daily in the morning and evening. I became perfectly alright. I felt very happy and I am back to my normal life. Then I decided to take YOGA very seriously and thought of making it my way of life. I decided to spread this word of YOGA to all human beings around me. 👉 I completed my Diploma in YOGA, became a Yoga instructor and have been teaching YOGA in China for the last 4 years. 👉 Presently I have reached the position where I have performed more than 500 plus advanced YOGA postures. 👉 And here I am living my life to the fullest possible by standing in front of you spreading the word YOGA to the world. I hope YOGA brings health and prosperity to your life.
