An educator by profession and a social worker by passion, myself Ashita Mehta. Currently residing in Ahmedabad and is Founder President of a Charitable Trust named Being Woman. Very confident in my abilities and talent, I got opportunity to work in mythological series Uttar Ramayan with Renowned Director Late Shri. Ramanand Sagar during my schooling. I am a science graduate and have further pursued Post Graduation Diploma course in Business Studies and I am a Gold medalist. Have worked with well known company named Excel Graphics Pvt. Ltd. In Marketing department and was handling entire North and Maharashtra zone. Have worked as a visiting faculty for Naranlala Management Institute and have served there for an year. Moved as an educator after marriage and currently I am working as a Center Head in a preschool in Ahmedabad since a decade. Having leadership skills, I have received Marvelous Mentor Award by Octopod in the field of education. To serve society was my passion, so started a group of 46 members, all women in the name of Being Woman which gradually is now a Registered Charitable Trust and is gaining support from all over the world, by it's noble activities in different areas like woman empowerment, blood donation, distributing grains to needy, visiting old age home and spending time with them, blanket distribution, providing clothes, footwear, food to the needy people and so on. Want to take Being Woman all over the world, by opening it's branches and spreading wings to support the underprivileged children and Women who are in need of it and thus contribute towards the better society.
