Ananya Dasgupta, Msc (zoology), BEd(science), PG Diploma in Foreign Trade Management, Diploma in Russian, Sangeet visharad and Sangeet Prabhakar in hindistani classical music vocal, TGT ( science) PGT ( Bio) Principal & Head mistress, was in teaching profession for 17 years, took extra classes for school dropouts and made them shine, students of mine ranked in the state and she had 100% result for the students in the board exams. she has awarded Best teacher trophy twice, All rounder teacher, Best attendance trophy for teacher. She got first prize trophy for All India essay competition for teachers organised by NAFEN. She has a Master trainer INTEL and under her guidance her students got selected in All India competition on Seeing reasons program and was given certificates from Paige Kuni, USA. Course in web centric computing from NIIT, delhi.

She stood first class first in MSc Entomology. When she was a teacher, she used to take extra classes for weak students from 7am in the morning to 10 pm at night. She contracted vocal nodules and was operated twice. Dr told her to leave the teaching job otherwise she will contract oral cancer. So she decided to leave teaching but her students still love her a lot for her sacrifice and she has shone in her career. As a science teacher and English teacher she never forgot to impart moral education to her students as well as her own child.

But unfortunately she had to leave school for her voice and joined All India women's conference, ngo founded by Sarojini Naidu having 550 branches across India. She has been working here and as a social worker for 23 years. She conducted Walmart training the trainer program where she taught the unemployed youths all of whom got jobs at supermarkets and hypermarkets after the training. She was sent by AIWC to CSW56 New York from where she was invited to attend the Rio+20 conference at Brazil where she became a part of Women's Major Group and we were involved in preparing resolutions and petitions on Sustainable Development Goals and Millennium Development goals, climate action and gender equality at par with the govt. and ministry.

She was invited at WREN con ference, Denver, USA on renewable energy and later at IAW conference in London. She visited around 12 countries and have written a Travelogue of her experience abroad. As an associate member of YWCA, new delhi she also networked with YWCA Toronto, elm centre and montreal. Her aim was to spread the language of love wherever she went. After she came back from abroad it was her task to use her experience at grassroot level. She conducted 5 solar fairs across India funded by the Ministry of new and renewable energy. She also conducted training program on assembling and disassembling of solar lanterns for the women inmates of Dasna jail, ghaziabad so that they earn their living after their release from the jail.

She was memberincharge solar energy of AIWC then. Next as a memberincharge youth affairs, AIWC she started teaching youths of climate action, gender equality, SDGs and MDGs at Sadhrana village, Anandvihar slum. She took the youths of anandvihar to visva yuva kendra and AIWC campus and was in dialogue with After repeated persual of mine she could help construct "pakka roads" in anandvihar slum that brought smile in the faces of slum dwellers.
