Born in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, Vibha Tripathi has led a brave, selfless, and compassionate life. She served in the National Security Guard (NSG), Rapid Action Force (RAF), and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) for 25 years with a strong sense of duty. Her second chapter as a social worker and counselor is guided by the integrity, discipline, and empathy values that have characterized her professional journey. Following her voluntary retirement from a distinguished military career, Vibha focused on women's empowerment, mental health awareness, and social welfare. She has earned a Master's in Social Work, a Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling and Child Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Translation (IGNOU), giving her the skills necessary to assist people in their emotional and mental recovery.

She now provides sympathetic counseling and emotional support to organizations like the Blinds School in Lucknow and Touch Special School for children who learn slowly. The Forever Star India Awards recognized Vibha as a Super Woman 2025 for her selfless counseling of people dealing with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to her contributions to society, Vibha is a well-known author and poet, having two collections of poetry published: Zindagi Ke Safar Mein and Jeevan Ke Spandan.
