My professional synopsis is as follows -
I am currently working as an "Assistant Manager-TA,Client Management and Delivery" with Nagpur based IT recruitment firm-"Bloom Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd." since Nov 2019.
I joined "Success Booster"-my first Company-as a Talent Search Trainee Consultant on March-2017.
Based on my performance I was promoted 4times from March 2017 to till Oct 2019, on the basis of my performance- from trainee to Sr. Talent Search Consultant(Sr.Technical Recruiter),then as a Lead ,And then worked as an Associate Manager,Client Management and Delivery.
I have experience in both IT (80%) & Non IT (20%) recruitment.
I am responsible for full End to End recruitment cycle, i.e. from taking requirements from client, creating JD (if required),Posting Job requirements on job portals, distribute the requirement among team, help and make them understand the requirement of clients, sourcing, screening, sharing the profiles with company HR, arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates, salary negotiation with candidates and some time with clients, following up with the final selects till they joined company and complete their probation period, taking care of avoiding offer decline.

NGOFMAA- is a Nagpur based NGO . I volunteer participated in supporting & giving service during current COVID-19 Pandemic situation.
I was actively participated in fundraising and provided food & Basic necessities during-22nd March 2020 to 31st May 2020(69 days) to "approx 2.5 lacs people" of underprivileged section of our society...Not only food & basic things but also helping and arranging accommodations to the people who are stuck in nagpur city during lockdown and also taken care of Animals by providing food during lock down period.
