I am a cancer survivor who battled cancer with my willpower and my own healing techniques to overcome effects of medication and decided to extend support to others who are battling this disease, as well as other lifestyle disease and started “Sunskar wellness” which offers health and wellness coaching , to Cancer patients , people suffering with lifestyle disease and to corporate organizations . I gave up my well paid job to help people and became a certified health coach/Cancer coach/Vedic nutritionist/Spiritual Healer I did a lot of research and realized why so many people have health issues and why do they spend so much on medication while Simple life style changes can benefit every individual to stay healthy and medicine free. As a health and wellness coach i help people assess their current physical and emotional state, and helps them set goals for what they want to achieve in their overall wellness and health by working with them on plans of action to reach these goals I am one among a small number of Health coaches in the country who provide a personalized service to help clients get through a hazard of questions about their recovery, which included diet plans, wellness goals more importantly, to raise their self-confidence. i coach them on strength to return back to normal life and helps them with courage over fear . I believe the ancient healing methods and I strongly believe food and lifestyle play major role in our overall wellbeing , therefore I focus on Vedic wellness which includes food and lifestyle of our culture which was followed by our ancestors who stayed healthy for ages Vedic diet is an eating pattern that's been around for thousands of years. It's based on the principles of Ayurvedic medicine and focuses on balancing different types of energy within your body, which is said to improve health.
