I am Sonia Mahajan from Delhi. I have completed my masters and now working in multinational company as Team Lead. With my regular Job I followed my passion as I have done my 200RYT certification along with Nutritionist certification. A year back launched my CrossFitYog online classes .it's been a year that I am trying to spread yoga all over the world. Yoga or fitness is my passion what I love to follow. I love to help people to achieve their fitness goals with following right diet and workout.
