I am into the field of Spiritual healing and teaching since 2013. I practice and teach various energy healing modalities like Theta Healing, Hypnotherapy, Access Consciousness, Akashic Records, Automatic Writimg, Dream Therapy, Angel Healing, Mokshapatt, HypnoBirthing, etc. I am the founder of Ahaana Holistic Healing Centre, where Ahaana means - "The Light Within".

Recently we launched our new program - Roobaroo - Healing through expression. This is designed by me and is India's first ever theater based healing program for senior citizens.

During covid times, I have been healing many covid patients and even the critical ones. I have healed cancer patients, autism, dyslexia and so on. I believe in creating a contribution to the society and to the world. We visit CanSupport where we give free healings to the less privileged cancer kids who come from villages. Also I visit juvenile homes and de-addiction centres where we give them healing through meditation.

I love exploring and experimenting. I am also into acting and theater and have performed some plays and short films. Apart from acting I am also into dance and writing. I work on children who have learning disability and through creative expressions teach them to cope up.

I am an adventurous soul and I love going on trekking to the Himalayas. Some of the main treks that I have done are Chadar Trek in Leh (World's top 5 treks), Tungnath, Chandrashila, Kedarkantha summit, Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib. I do take people on retreats to the most beautiful and untouched places in Himalayas.

I am also fond of driving and I follow this passion by going on women's car rallies and have even won the trophy in it. I believe life is beautiful and there is magic everywhere.

The purpose is to live life to the fullest. Create, Change and Contribute - this is my mantra 😊
