Yung Minds is all about HR Services and Woman With Wings is a platform which talks about women empowerment, women collaboration and helping women live their dreams. Shaifaly is also the State President UP HR Council with Woman Indian Chamber Of Commerce & Industry. She runs her charitable trust, Bhavishya which takes initiatives for women and child and she is also a certified PoSH consultant. Also, Shaifaly is President of Young Entrepreneur Network, Vertical head of Awards of HR SUCCESS TALK  and a mentor to Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Kottayam. She has received several awards from various platforms. She is on a mission to empower 5000 women financially.
