Siroonik Sarah Henry ,brings with herself a varied experience of about two decades , in taining industry from 2011 and an unquenchable enthusiasm to excel. As a psychologist and training consultant, she works with teams of young adults, trainers, corporates and other professionals. She thrives on building relationships and empowering people, that's where lies her inspiration of founding SHLS (SARAH HENRY LEARNING SOLUTIONS) in 2017 . At every given opportunity to work with her client partners for their learning and development needs, she first thinks of “Why develop” before “What skills” are being targeted to develop.She has been focussed especially in contributing to the society by starting a "12 weeks scholarchip course " initiative in 2021.In this course the deserving children from various cities and backgrounds are coached virtually and trained on communication and leadership skills for 12 weeks , with focus on emotional intelligence, developing confidence and spirit of unity while maintaining each child's uniqueness .She also gives them an exposure to global speakers as a part of course plan , they are prepared to discuss debate and learn from the global leaders. They are given opportunities to speak during extensive events like " Unity in Diversity ' and "Chisseling the Unique You",with global guest speakers .The journey of these students from shy to confident global netizens makes our training company vision come alive more than any other piece of our work.
