•.     Handling the real estate portfolio for India, ANZ, Middle east which includes Project Management, Facilities Management and space planning.

Establishing processes for acquiring and disposing of office space including lease renewals, reconfiguration, renegotiation and relocation.
Identify Surplus real estate assets and develop strategies for disposing of these. This will include sub-leasing, renegotiating lease terms, early terminations.
Select new office space in line with the overall business strategy. Analyze alternative location (Financially and subjectively), negotiate business terms and legal terms.          •       Manage the design, construction and movement process as well.
Ensuring all the services related to Housekeeping, Security, Cafeteria, Pest control, Transportation are up and running in line with Health and safety policies maintaining              the local government compliances for all offices and warehouses.
Planning, Procurement, commissioning and maintenance of infrastructure and facilities.
Creating annual budget at the start of Financial year and ensuring it meets the need of the services. Monitoring of spends on monthly basis to keep a track and if                          necessary realign the budgets accordingly.
