With this quote, I introduce myself as Ravee Kiran Tripurana, being post graduated in MBA -HR, I am a self-motivated HR professional with more than eight years of experience in HR activities, complete recruitment cycle& hiring process, Time and Resource management, payroll, Employee relationship management, Training development and general administration. I am an accomplished problem solver with sound decision making skills. I am a person with integrity, goal-oriented who believes in creating opportunities rather than awaiting them.
My Achievements so far:

Ø Played Cricket at district level and Badminton at regional level during school days.
Ø Elected as Class representative for all the three years in graduation and in final year committee member for entire college

Ø Won “First prize” in Marketing spot event organised by the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) business school.

My journey with JCI:
Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a platform which provides a framework for young active citizens to create sustainable impact in communities all over the world.
Ø Joined as member in the year 2014.
Ø Elected as “Vice-President” of the prestigious chapter JCI Vizag Port City in the same year of 2014.
Ø Elected as “President” with tremendous dedication and efforts in the very next year i.e.2015, being the centenary year.
Ø Acted as “Zone co-ordinator” for the year 2016.
Ø Acted as “Zone co-ordinator’ for the year 2020
Ø At present acting as “Zone co-ordinator for the year 2021 and “LOM Advisor” for prestigious LOM.

I forget myself in the service of others and love to serve the needy and my Mother Land, whatever may be the situation I am in. If I can’t do the great things, I do the small things with great love. I consider Smile is the beautiful gift given only to humans, which makes things right and sets everything pleasant. Smile and Positive Attitude are the two forces that drive me in my life.
I strongly believe__ “Being Human is given……..but keeping our humanity is a choice” and I made that choice by which I rendered services to the needy even in this pandemic situation to the maximum extent by way distributing food, water and other essentials and also by checking up with the passengers at railway station and other modes of transport.
On recognition of my service, I have been awarded certificates from the two prestigious organisations and Doctorate from Prestigious University in the month of year ’2020.
