She is the founder of Stepz (USA), BollyBeatz ( Health, Fitness & Wellness space - USA, Singapore & India) , NeedyBee (E-Commerce & Etailing brand - India), SelfAchievers (EDTech). She has successfully built companies in the product and service sector and sold them. An MBA Graduate from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and an LSR Graduate in B.Com Hons. Nidhi has a certificate in Entrepreneurship from ISB Hyderabad & HarvardX. She comes with an entrepreneurial experience of 20 years and two years of work experience with McKinsey&Co. Nidhi received the distinguished Women's Economic Forum Award or her contribution in the field of "Corporate wellness and well being : Transforming Leadership" ; Womennovator Asia 2021 Awardee, Global Women In Leadership award recipient (2022), National Awardee for Women Empowerment by the National Foundation of Entrepreneurship Development (2022) and Niti Ayog's Top 100 women Transforming India.
