Born in a small town with few resources, Vanshita Khatri had a very strong spirit and an unshakeable will to develop. Even though communication was not her area of strength in the initial years, life presented her with ample opportunities to change. Post-marriage, she had to confront extreme mental and physical health issues that rendered her unfit for years. This stage was when she enjoyed baking muffins and cakes for her family - a pastime that would much later evolve into a skill that she would excel in.

A decade back, she entered a gym with no previous experience in fitness. With constant perseverance, Vanshita re-built herself physically and mentally, experimenting with weight training, yoga, and face yoga. She also overcome her communication challenges, becoming a confident woman poised to lead and inspire.

Now, she is a certified fitness trainer who trains others to attain overall wellness. Her goal is to make fitness easy, sustainable, and accessible—particularly for women. She combines strength training, yoga, and conscious eating (including healthier versions of classic baked goodies) to facilitate a balanced lifestyle. As a Forever Mrs India 2025 contestant, Vanshita is leveraging this platform to spread her vision of empowering women to own their strength and develop lifelong health.

She is eyeing a future where she helps women become stronger, more confident, and more self-assured, not just physically but emotionally. She also aims to raise awareness of mindful eating and promote a healthy relationship with food by way of wholesome, tasty variations of classic bakes.

Being a Jaipur representative, Vanshita is strongly involved in contributing back to society. Her area of interest is on empowering underprivileged women, small town women most importantly, who are deprived of getting quality fitness guidance and family assistance. She wishes to conduct coaching sessions, area-level fitness routines, and educational workshops that promote health and wellbeing for everyone. Her philosophy focuses on in-home exercise, simple-to-implement nutrition guidelines, and mind wellness habits that naturally integrate into daily life. Through partnering with community organizations, she is aiming to ignite a movement in which every woman, no matter her history has access to tools for a healthier, more confident life.
