Subhashree Jena, proudly representing Bhubaneswar, Odisha at Forever Mrs. India 2025. In my professional role as a Manager at Lubrizol, where I lead high-value client partnerships and propel business growth, I combine intelligence and leadership with a scientific foundation from NISER and a strategic outlook from IIM. I am an Odisha native who has been influenced by many cultures. I strike a balance between professionalism and creativity, discipline and passion, and strength and empathy. I find joy in deep human connections and energy on the badminton court outside of boardrooms. I want to inspire women to embrace both grace and power while pursuing their goals, guided by my motto, "Lead with logic, live with spirit."
It is an honor for Subhashree Jena to represent the stunning city of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, in Forever Mrs. India 2025. My journey has been a blend of science, strategy, and self-growth. As a manager at Lubrizol today, I have a solid academic background from NISER, where I developed my scientific foundation, and IIM, where I honed my managerial and strategic abilities. In my position, I combine people-centric leadership with analytical thinking to lead valuable client partnerships and support company expansion.
Being firmly rooted in Odisha, a region rich in customs and culture, I uphold the virtues of fortitude, modesty, and flexibility. My exposure to various cultures has aided in the development of a well-rounded viewpoint that combines empathy and intelligence.True leadership, in my opinion, is about making an impact with compassion, vision, and vigor rather than just using reason and judgment. On the badminton court, where the discipline and focus keep me motivated, I find balance outside of my work life. Sports and fitness, in my opinion, are examples of how to maintain one's vitality while staying grounded.
"Lead with logic, live with spirit" is my motto, and it sums up who I am perfectly. I think it's important to remain grounded in values while bravely and optimistically accepting change. I want to encourage women to think that they can succeed in any role-social, professional, or personalwithout sacrificing their uniqueness by holding this pageant.
