Pooja has a sincere goal of getting medical care to rural areas, advising women on health-related matters, and spreading knowledge about the value of women's empowerment and self-care. According to her, women should put their own health and dignity first, demonstrating that they are strong, self-reliant, and anything but "Abla Nari."

Pooja Suhas Joshi, who grew up in Dhule, became committed to social work at a young age and had a great deal of empathy. She made the decision to devote her life to healthcare and women's empowerment after being moved by the hardships and tenacity of the women in her immediate vicinity. She has pursued artistic pursuits like reading shayari and Ekpatri Abhinay (solo acting) in addition to her medical studies, which reflects her belief in the power of artistic expression to foster human connection. Her life to date has been a combination of education, the arts, and volunteer work; it has been a path driven by faith, thankfulness, and an unwavering determination to change the world.
