The 21-year-old Keralan Kasthuri is a dynamic fusion of expression, artistry, and well-being. Currently pursuing her M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy via distance learning, this certified yoga instructor with a B.Sc. in Yoga Therapy will be able to balance her studies with her interests in acting, dancing, and modeling. In addition to her career endeavors, she pursues her artistic side in literature, poetry, and painting. With yoga as her cornerstone, Kasthuri incorporates self-expression, mindfulness, and discipline into all she does. She thinks that a balanced life is one in which artistic pursuits and physical health coexist.
