From Kokrajhar, Assam, 36-year-old Granalish Marak is an official contestant for Forever Miss India 2025. She was raised in a modest farming family with her older brother and sister after being born in Kakrighola village to Jepson Sangma and his wife. She continued her education through the tenth grade in spite of financial difficulties, and then she enrolled in a professional beautician course at Don Bosco Institute in Guwahati, Assam, to follow her love of beauty and self-expression. She continued working as a beautician in a number of Indian cities, including Jaipur, Rishikesh, Agra, Bangalore, and Mumbai, after acquiring the necessary skills and perseverance. This experience broadened her professional horizons.
Her favorite pastime is traveling and discovering new locations, which has influenced her personality by introducing her to various cultures and ways of life. She now exemplifies bravery, ambition, and confidence with the goal of encouraging small-town women to have big dreams.
