Meet Asha Bhagat, a 20-year-old Jammu native and Miss India 2025 contestant whose journey is a real testament to bravery and tenacity. Asha was raised by her hardworking mother in a small village after losing her father when she was a little child, so she was exposed to life's hardships at a young age. Despite having two younger brothers to provide for, she has developed into a strong, self-reliant young lady who doesn't allow her situation to define her.
After graduating from Government High Secondary School in Dansal with her 12th grade diploma, Asha now lives in Jammu and is enrolled in a beautician program. Asha has bigger dreams than her family, who think that girls should only handle housework. She wants to change that perception for all girls who dare to dream, not just for herself. She keeps going forward with confidence and purpose because she wants to work as a fashion model in Jammu and eventually represent India as Miss World.
Asha has always loved modeling, and she is thrilled to be trying out for the first time with Forever Star India, a company that she thinks will help her realize her goals. She enjoys acting, dancing, traveling alone, listening to music, and creating reels that highlight her artistic abilities.
In addition to pursuing fame, Asha Bhagat, the stunning and youthful model from Jammu, is paving the way for countless girls who think they, too, can overcome obstacles and succeed in the fashion and modeling industries.
