Am into this profession for the past 31 years started my job as a teacher and gradually progressed with my academic upgradation along with professional growth to becoming the headmistress of my institution. Continue to be in the fraternity of educators and learn with my students. Balancing my family and work has been my strength. Still believe learning with the learners in the field of education is an ongoing journey, never a destination.

<li>Organizing regular Microteaching sessions for teachers as a part of Teachers Enrichment Programme</li>

<li>Developing report formats for assessment and evaluation of students</li>
<li>Coordinating co-curricular, sports and academic programmes</li>
<li>Conceptualized the concept of Parenting – an interactive platform for parents addressing developmental, behavioral, emotional and academic concerns. Started counseling for children, teachers and parents as an on-going programme. Framing Positive Behavior Management policies.</li>
