Mrs. Kalyani Rushikesh Bade, born on 29 August, 1984, has spent her lifetime helping couples realize their parenthood dreams. She completed her schooling at Wees English High School. She graduated with a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Biotechnology at New Arts, Commerce, and Science College, Ahilyanagar, affiliated with Pune University.

She began stepping into the exciting world of embryology in 2013 and has earned her credentials working with renowned fertility centers such as CORION Fertility Clinic, BLOOM IVF, Surya Fertility Clinics, and Progenesis Fertility Clinics before joining Apollo Fertility Centre, Mumbai, as Senior Embryologist in July 2023. There is an etched trademark quality of constant innovation, high success rates, meticulous lab management, and an emotion tied within its work, spreading happiness into thousands of families.

Certified by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) in 2025, Kalyani continues to explore avenues for research, writing, public speaking, and mentoring, pushing the boundaries in the area of assisted reproductive technology (ART). She has actively participated in major conferences, workshops, and also contributed academically through writing and training.

Kalyani's exuberance is not just laboratory success; it is also the achievement in her patients' lives-and that, indeed, is therapeutic. In evolving modes of innovation, mentoring, and leading transformational change in reproductive medicine at touchstone levels, she aims at continuing her journey.

The journey of Kalyani Bade has crossed through the corridors of New Arts, Commerce and Science College to the high-tech labs of Apollo Fertility Centre, which is a fine illustration of passion that meets purpose. After opting for embryology in 2013, Kalyani’s deep commitment to her patients and love for innovation soon began to set her apart.

Over the years, she has developed skills in all advanced procedures from IVF, ICSI, IMSI, PICSI, embryo freezing, blastocyst culture, and micromanipulation, which became instrumental in increasing pregnancy success rates in the centers she worked in. With her practical approach and experience, she was able to update lab protocols, quality control measures, and research in her own way.

She contributed actively in many conferences like the ISAR Congress, ACE Conference, and micromanipulation workshops, either as a speaker, panelist, or faculty member. Her contribution to the chapter on "Setting of an ART Laboratory" in the book "Newer Trends in ART" is a further milestone in her career.

Receiving abundant love, blessings, and gratitude from happy couples, Kalyani regards these priceless emotions as the greatest recognition of her work. Today she is a prominent leader in embryology, ever the innovator and mentor, grounded by a heartfelt mission that first ignited her interest in this noble calling.

Kalyani Rushikesh Bade's journey initiated with an innocuous passion of great strength; to create an impact through science in people's lives. Following her MSc in Biotechnology from Pune University, she set out to practice embryology in 2013 at the CORION Fertility Clinic.

Her journey was no less than a professional but much more an emotional voyage, filled with all the highs and lows that one might experience while helping couples through infertility. She cultivated her skills by working with renown clinics: BLOOM IVF, Surya Fertility Clinics, and Progenesis Fertility Clinics-having started as Clinical Embryologist and soon promoted to Chief Clinical Embryologist.

In July 2023, she joined Apollo Fertility Centre, Mumbai, as Senior Embryologist, where she runs the laboratory with a focus on innovation, quality, and patient care. Her saga is an ongoing recognition of learning—in attending workshops, ASRM certification, writing articles and training budding embryologists.

Her journey does not limit itself to the laboratory or clinic; it extends to the classroom and platform and into publications where she gives back, igniting youthful minds and driving the future of reproductive medicine.
