This was in recognition of creating a culture within the organization that puts the customer at the center of all service delivery processes. It includes initiatives like designing and implementing customer-focused training programs, developing a customer feedback system, and establishing customer-centric metrics to evaluate service delivery.

2.     Service Innovation Award for Implementation of a successful service innovation involving introducing a new and innovative service that improves the customer experience, enhances service delivery, or solves a specific customer problem.

3.     Service Quality Improvement Award for Implementation of a successful service quality improvement initiative, mainly focused at service quality improvement initiative that results in a significant improvement in service quality, customer satisfaction, and/or employee engagement. It also included initiatives like designing and implementing a quality management system, measuring and monitoring service quality, and implementing continuous improvement processes.

4.     Brand Excellence Award for Development of a successful service marketing campaign where the team developed and implemented a successful service marketing campaign that effectively promoted the organization's services and enhances its brand image.
