During 2016-17 worked on popular aquarium fishes in Akola district for the aquarium business and ornamental fish cultivation and production. I am also guiding to fishermen about the advanced methods of fish farming, which includes fresh water fish farming, Monoculture, Polyculture, Intrigrated Aqua farming as well as management and maintenance of fresh water fish pond. Also inspiring fish farmers for the production of fish seed by giving demonstration of induced breeding of fishes in Chinese circular hatchery every year in fish seed production center, Akola through trainings and visits collaboration with Govt. of Maharashtra Office of Assistant Commissioner of Fishery, Akola. I have Started 20 days Add on course “Aquarium Set up and Maintenance” for Bsc. III Students in our institute and working as a coordinator since 2018 for the self-employment of youth. Since 2017 every year organizing Health checkup camp, blood donation camp, eco-friendly Ganpati making competition, Eco friendly Holi color making workshop, health awareness workshop / talks, tree plantation drive, cleanliness drive also completed five water harvesting projects under NSS in adapted village Hatrun ta. Balapur. Also, inspired villagers regarding water harvesting and created awareness regarding disease caused by animals. Also presented research paper entitled “Effect of New generation drugs in Induced breeding of Catla catla in 4th International Conference Udayana University Bali, Indonesia during 12th to 16th May 2018. My next target is to do work on current status of fish diversity in Vidarbha region.
