I am a yoga and meditation trainer by profession. I am persuing Diploma in nutrition and health education. Before covid 19, I used to take regular yoga and meditation sessions in my apartment. Many women have benefitted from my sessions. They not only gained physical fitness and less body pain but also gain mental peace and stability. Many have thanked me for my sessions and told that how it has helped them to cure some phobias inside them. During covid 19 pandemic, I have launched my online yoga centre "BODHIYOGALAYA". I take regular online sessions via zoom. I try to make it affordable and reachable to all groups of the society, especially to senior citizens and financially weaker section of the society. During this period I have taught them different yogasanas, breathing exercises and yogic diets to increase their immunity and fight with this deadly virus easily. I'm an animal lover too. During this period I have helped the hungry animals and birds with food and water. Whenever I bought anything I tried to buy it from local and needy hawkers. I didn't bargained with them, so that I can help them to grow. I love gardening, during this period I planted lot of trees and learnt how to grow more plants in a small space like verandah. I always love to keep myself updated about the health and fitness industry so that I can serve my clients in a better way. Moreover I love reading and writing. I have a podcast channel too named "DIVINE HERITAGE" where I tell people about yoga and its benefits. I am also planning to interview the super women and mothers of our society in my channel.
