Dr. Shashikala Patel is an accomplished educator, researcher, and social contributor currently serving at R. R. Educational Trust’s B.Ed. College, Mulund. With an academic foundation marked by M.A., M.Ed., Diploma in Computer Applications, MSACIT, Diploma in Yoga, NET (Education), and a Ph.D. in Education, she continuously advances educational innovation. Her scholarly work focuses on inclusive education, ICT in teaching, soft skill development, women autonomy, and social transformation. She has co-developed multiple awareness programs on inclusive learning, contributing practical and empirical insights that have influenced classroom improvements and teacher training methodologies.
