➢ Leadership Developmental Project:
For Senior Leaders: Programs has been designed in association with Mckinsey to provide senior leaders (Senior Managers and Above) with the requisite development inputs in a structured manner to further prepare them to lead from the front and take up bigger challenges. This initiative has provided them an opportunity to see, judge and improve on their personal leadership aspects in a holistic manner. We have trained around 18 senior leaders who are capable of handling strategic business roles globally. This has helped the seniors in developing a global perspective and has helped the organization grow across boundaries.
For Middle Management: These programs were framed to meet the requirements with an objective of developing the leadership philosophy at Managerial level. The program also aims at building successful teams at workplace and understanding its requirements.
Junior level Management: With the objective to inculcate operational and behavioural competencies required to develop leadership qualities, Young leaders’ program- “Rising Stars” was a customized intervention aimed to meet the developmental requirements of our new hires.
➢ Supervisory and skill development:
Supervisory Development: This program specifically curated to develop our supervisors with core supervisory skills, attitudinal behaviour for their roles and aligning them with the organizational objectives.
Skill Development Program: This program was designed for the skilled laborers and focuses on skill development where they undergo a customized vocational training program of 7 months through an elaborate classroom training coupled with Simulator training and On the Job training. Through this program we have trained 800 skilled laborers who are now constructively engaged in different plant operation activities.
